🚀 How to Access the Chatbot
You can access the chatbot at any time from the bottom-right corner of your screen:
- 👋 Locate the Chat Icon: Look for the purple chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
- 💬 Start a New Conversation: Click the chat bubble and select “Start a New Conversation” to get started.
💡 How to Use the Chatbot
Step 1: Start a Conversation
- Upon opening the chatbot, you’ll see a welcome message:
“👋 Hello there! It’s great to see you!💡 How can I assist you today? Please select one of the modules below to get started:”
- Choose the option that best fits your needs:
- 🌍 Carbon Accounting
- 📄 ESG Reporting and Analysis
If you select 🌍 Carbon Accounting, the chatbot will ask you to pick a topic:
- 📊 Data
- 📦 Emission Inventory
- 📈 Analytics
- 📝 Reports
- 🔧 Other
Step 2: Choose Your Action
After choosing a module, the chatbot will ask:
“What would you like to do?”
Pick one of the following:
- 🔧 Report a Bug
- 🔍 Search for a Feature
- 💬 Provide Feedback or Comments
Step 3: Actions Based on Your Selection
1️⃣ Report a Bug
If you choose 🛠️ 🚨Report a Bug, the chatbot will prompt you to:
- 📝 Provide a brief description of the issue.
- 🔗 Share the JAM link (optional but helpful).
⚠️ Tip: If you’re unsure how to generate the JAM link, the chatbot will provide a helpful guide link.
2️⃣ Search for a Feature
If you choose 🔍 Search for a Feature, the chatbot will:
- Guide you to the relevant documentation or feature details.
- Provide links to helpful resources.
3️⃣ Provide Feedback or Comments
If you choose 💬 Give Feedback, the chatbot will ask:
- "✨ We’d love to hear your thoughts! Please share your suggestions, ideas, or comments below."
- You can submit your feedback, and it will be sent to the support team.
🎉 You’ll receive a confirmation message: “Thank you for your feedback! Your input has been sent to our team.”
⏳ How to Follow Up on Your Request
The chat remains open after your request is submitted. You can:
- 💬 Add more details by replying in the same chat.
- 🕒 Wait for updates or responses from the support team.
