- Step 1: Go to the Organization tab from the admin panel.
- Step 2: By clicking the Add New button, the new facility adding screen is opened.
- Step 3: Fill in the required fields on the screen. Site name, sector, facility type, total area, full-time employee number, opening date, and contact person sections are required to be filled. If the facility is closed, this site has been closed box should be checked.
- Step 4: After the general information screen is completed, you can switch to the location screen by pressing the next button.
- Step 5: In the location details screen, county, region, and address information must be entered.
- Step 6: After entering the location details, a new facility is created by clicking the Create button. The new facility created appears in the list on the Organization tab.
