With the batch data entry feature, you can load data of the same data type or scope group with a single file for more than one point.

Bulk data can be uploaded for all locations under the Admin Panel.

  • Step 1: Batch data entry can be accessed from the Batch Data Entry tab on the admin page.
  • Step 2: From this page, the desired data type or scope group for Batch Data Entry is selected by clicking the Download Excel Template button, and the Excel template is downloaded automatically.

You can download the template based on either same data type or scope group.

Data Type: You can download the template for the data type you want to do bulk data entry. You can enter data for more than one date at the same time to more than one location with the batch data entry excel. For this, you should duplicate the rows with location information and enter the relevant data and dates.

Scope Group: You have the convenience of selecting either a single scope group or multiple scope groups to add data to every included source within one Excel file. This streamlined process is made possible by the use of a template that you can download for the type of data you intend to enter in bulk.

  • Step 3: Details of the columns that need to be filled on the downloaded Excel;

*The Cost column must not be left empty. If the cost is unknown, please input '0'. A different format cannot be accepted for loading.*
